While most children despised bedtime, Jasmine loved it because it meant returning to the worlds she had imagined the night before. Every night, she had vivid dreams that connected into their own plot, and night after night, she would get to return to the same worlds she created in her sleep. One day, she began writing her dreams down, until she realized they weren’t dreams at all. They were stories. What started in her sleep was written in notebooks, and soon moved to fanfiction stories, late-night Substack posts, and eventually a publishing career.

A marketer by day, Jasmine writes to step away from numbers and focus on creativity. She credits her husband, who encouraged her to write the book she had always wanted to write, and her parents and two siblings for making the novel possible.
